What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We can provide samples within 7 days, as we usually keep them in stock. For mass production, the lead time is typically around 30-35 days

What is the your payment terms?

Normally, a 30% deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment. For more detailed inquiries, please contact your product specialist

We offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our products, covering any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
During the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts or repair service, depending on the issue.
